From this week I also cover supplier invoices. IT gave me access to facturas@contoso.com on Monday, but the mailbox does not appear in Outlook, and if I try to open it I get 'The set of folders cannot be opened'. My colleagues see it under their own mailbox.

What you practise
Review a shared mailbox's permissions in Exchange Online with PowerShell.
Tell the mailbox permission types apart and what each one allows.
Grant only the access that was requested.
Check that the mailbox shows up in Outlook.
You solve it in a simulated console (PowerShell, cmd or bash) with the directory, the inventory and the ticket page. It is checked against the state of the system, not a template: hiding the symptom is not enough. When you close it you write the work note (cause, change, check and follow-up) and get your score.
