Hoy no he recibido nada de fuera.

Since yesterday afternoon two customers tell me their emails to me bounce. I have not received anything external today. I have a tender closing on Friday. Email: cmartin@contoso.com.

What you practise
Read a non-delivery report (NDR, code 5.2.2) and what it says about the problem.
Review an Exchange Online mailbox with PowerShell.
Choose a fix that does not make the user lose mail.
Handle an executive's P1 with the speed and care it needs.
You solve it in a simulated console (PowerShell, cmd or bash) with the directory, the inventory and the ticket page. It is checked against the state of the system, not a template: hiding the symptom is not enough. When you close it you write the work note (cause, change, check and follow-up) and get your score.
