Esta mañana Outlook y Teams me piden 'hacer que mi dispositivo cumpla' y no abren. Portal de empresa muestra un aviso sobre el cifrado. El portátil volvió de reparación la semana pasada (placa base nueva).

Qué practicas
Revisar el estado de cumplimiento de un dispositivo en Intune.
Entender qué requisito impide abrir Outlook y Teams.
Comprobar el cifrado del disco con las herramientas de Windows.
Sincronizar el dispositivo y confirmar que vuelve a cumplir.
Lo resuelves en una consola simulada (PowerShell, cmd o bash) con el directorio, el inventario y la ficha del ticket. Se corrige por el estado del sistema, no por una plantilla: tapar el síntoma no basta. Al cerrar escribes la nota de trabajo (causa, cambio, comprobación y seguimiento) y recibes la puntuación.

This morning Outlook and Teams ask me to 'make my device compliant' and do not open. Company Portal shows a warning about encryption. My laptop came back from repair last week (new motherboard).

What you practise
Review a device's compliance state in Intune.
Understand which requirement stops Outlook and Teams from opening.
Check disk encryption with the Windows tools.
Sync the device and confirm it is compliant again.
You solve it in a simulated console (PowerShell, cmd or bash) with the directory, the inventory and the ticket page. It is checked against the state of the system, not a template: hiding the symptom is not enough. When you close it you write the work note (cause, change, check and follow-up) and get your score.
