Estos términos regulan el uso de SysAdmin Desks by IGG. Al crear una cuenta o usar el simulador los aceptas. Están escritos para que se entiendan; si algo no está claro, pregúntame.

1. Quién lo ofrece

SysAdmin Desks es un proyecto personal y gratuito de Iñigo González, persona física. Puedes contactar conmigo desde el formulario de mi web.

2. Qué es el servicio

Un simulador educativo de soporte IT. La empresa (Contoso), las personas, los equipos, los datos y los incidentes son ficticios y no representan a ninguna organización real.
No es formación oficial ni una certificación, no da acceso a sistemas reales y no equivale a experiencia laboral.
Las puntuaciones y los resultados son orientativos: miden la práctica dentro de la simulación y pueden contener errores.

3. Tu cuenta

Tienes que tener al menos 14 años para crear una cuenta.
Una cuenta por persona, con un email que sea tuyo. Cuida tu contraseña: eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta.
El nombre de técnico no puede ser ofensivo ni hacerse pasar por otra persona.

4. Uso permitido

Puedes usarlo para aprender y practicar, solo o en grupo. No está permitido:

crear cuentas o resolver tickets de forma automatizada (bots, scripts) o en masa;
intentar acceder a cuentas ajenas, forzar el inicio de sesión o saltarse las medidas de seguridad;
sobrecargar el servicio o intentar acceder a su infraestructura;
usar lo practicado aquí contra sistemas reales sin autorización de su responsable.

5. Gratuidad

El servicio es gratuito y sin publicidad. Si algún día hubiera funciones de pago, se anunciarán antes y nunca se cobrará nada sin que lo aceptes de forma expresa.

6. Contenido

Los textos, los tickets, el diseño y el código de SysAdmin Desks son de Iñigo González. Puedes compartir enlaces y capturas de tus resultados. Lo que escribes en tus notas de trabajo es tuyo; solo se usa para puntuarlas en tu navegador.

7. Disponibilidad y cambios

Hago lo posible para que funcione bien, pero puede haber cortes, errores o cambios en los tickets y en las funciones. Si el servicio fuera a cerrar, lo avisaré con antelación en esta web.

8. Baja y suspensión

Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Mi cuenta. Puedo suspender o borrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos, avisando cuando sea posible.

9. Responsabilidad

El servicio se ofrece tal cual, sin garantías. No respondo de los daños que pueda causar aplicar en sistemas reales lo practicado en la simulación. Nada de lo anterior limita los derechos que te reconoce la ley como consumidor.

10. Cambios en estos términos

Si los cambio, actualizaré la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, lo avisaré en el simulador.

11. Ley aplicable

Se aplica la ley española. Si eres consumidor, puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.

These terms govern the use of SysAdmin Desks by IGG. By creating an account or using the simulator you accept them. They are written to be understood; if something is unclear, ask me.

1. Who provides it

SysAdmin Desks is a free personal project by Iñigo González, an individual. You can reach me through the form on my website.

2. What the service is

An educational IT support simulator. The company (Contoso), people, devices, data and incidents are fictional and do not represent any real organisation.
It is not official training or a certification, it gives no access to real systems and it is not equivalent to work experience.
Scores and results are indicative: they measure practice inside the simulation and may contain errors.

3. Your account

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
One account per person, with an email that is yours. Look after your password: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your technician name must not be offensive or impersonate someone else.

4. Acceptable use

You can use it to learn and practise, alone or in a group. You may not:

create accounts or solve tickets in an automated way (bots, scripts) or in bulk;
try to access other people's accounts, brute-force sign-in or get around the security measures;
overload the service or try to access its infrastructure;
use what you practise here against real systems without their owner's permission.

5. Free of charge

The service is free and has no advertising. If paid features ever appear, they will be announced first and nothing will ever be charged without your explicit agreement.

6. Content

The texts, tickets, design and code of SysAdmin Desks belong to Iñigo González. You may share links and screenshots of your results. What you write in your work notes is yours; it is only used to score them in your browser.

7. Availability and changes

I do my best to keep it working well, but there may be outages, bugs or changes to the tickets and features. If the service were to close, I will announce it in advance on this site.

8. Leaving and suspension

You can delete your account at any time from My account. I may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. I am not liable for damage caused by applying to real systems what you practised in the simulation. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

If I change them, I will update the date above and, if the change is significant, announce it in the simulator.

11. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
